We are looking for HR People Partner to join our team at Bobcat. 

As HR People Partner at Bobcat, you’ll play a key role in our community. 

You support employees and managers in all aspects of the employee-life cycle in the EMEA region and you are aligning the HR initiatives, solutions and strategies with the business strategies and goals.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Partners with business leaders and directors to align workforce planning and organizational design supporting business growth.
  • Supports Supervisors and Managers with Talent and Performance Management process.
  • Leads employee engagement initiatives, monitor HR metrics, and provide actionable insights to support the business strategy.
  • Manages employee relations, including on- and offboarding processes, disciplinary processes, as well as performance reviews.
  • Collaborates with Compensation & Benefits, ensuring a fair internal salary structure and market competitiveness.
  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Team to fill vacancies and anticipate future skill needs.

What sets you apart

  • Several years of experience of HR business partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws principles and regulations across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Good knowledge about the various other HR functions.
  • Experience in managing organizational changes and organisational design.
  • Good business acumen and understanding how the business agenda drives people initiatives and future organizational needs.
  • Fluent in English and ideally in another EMEA Language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
