We are looking for HR Content and Communication Specialist to join our team.
As HR Content and Communication Specialist you´ll play a key role in our company. You´ll be responsible for producing literature and communications materials, as well as producing people and culture content connected with our employer brand strategy, contributing to a strong and consistent candidate journey and employee experience for the EMEA region.
We´re looking for someone who can:
- Manage and enhance internal communication tools and channels for the EMEA region, focusing on innovation and efficiency.
- Plan and execute engaging editorial communication materials and impactful internal campaigns to inspire and connect employees.
- Oversee the communications calendar and campaign execution, ensuring seamless workflows and precise timing of activities.
- Strengthen and manage reputation channels, including visual identity, content quality, and employer branding communication (e.g., on platforms like Atmoskop).
- Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, media representatives, and event organizers to amplify outreach efforts.
- Create dynamic multimedia content (videos, photos, leaflets, online banners) in collaboration with professional creative agencies.
- Develop and manage a People and Culture content calendar to drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive and vibrant corporate culture.
What sets you apart:
- Experience +3 years in communciation.
- Experience working in international company is advantage.
- Fluent English, Czech language is advantage.
- Good knowledge about LinkedIn and MS Office Tools.
- Strong writing skills and excellent communication skills.
