We are looking for FR&A Manager to join our team at Bobcat.
As FP&A Manager at Bobcat, you’ll play a key role in our community. The purpose of this role is to provide financial leadership to Business Unit and act as effective business partner for Sales, Operation, Procurement, etc. This position is responsible for profitability control, including pricing/promotion analysis, cost control, budgeting and forecasting, capital expenditure and working capital management.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Support & monitor the commercial and operational savings
- Work and develop the financial background for profit improvement initiatives together with all business areas
- Implement a consistent tracking process for profit improvement initiatives
- Support the Business case and savings calculation of the initiatives
- Alignment of the key projects to be tracked with the support of OPEX/TQM
- Also responsible for Business Unit financials
What sets you apart:
- Degree from Business Administration/Finance/ Allow Equivalent
- Multilingual (English compulsory).
- Analytical and flexibility/Interpersonal skills.
- Structured/Logical thinking.
Knowledge of:
- Financials statements.
- Cost analysis and control.
- Operations / Finance reporting.
- ERP / Business intelligence solutions.
