We are looking for Customer Services Representative to join our team at Bobcat.


As a Customer Services Representative at Bobcat, you’ll play a key role in our community. Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service, solving problems, and building strong relationships? We’re looking for someone who:

 

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (e.g., phone, email, chat, in-person, Salesforce). Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner. Ensure the customer feels supported and valued throughout the service interaction.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Collect customer feedback to identify areas of improvement in products or services. Recommend improvements in workflows or processes to ensure better service delivery. Build strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, technical support) to address customer needs.
  • Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure that issues are fully resolved. Maintain a record of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions for future reference.
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with the Field Sales teams to facilitate improved communication and customer service.
  • Liase with all internal teams to promote improved order fulfilment and customer satisfaction, including, supply chain, credit, collections transport, sales, marketing etc.
  • Support team members when required, and above all be responsive and flexible to changing customer & team demands.

 

 

What sets you apart:

 

  • Experiences +3 years in field.
  • Experience working in process based multi-national environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and adhere to deadlines
  • Fluent English and German language required.
  • Excellent computer skills - experience of an ERP system (SAP as advantage, advanced MS Office, Power Bi as end user)
  • Time management and organizational skills, strong attention to detail.
