The Data Science Engineer develops and deploys machine learning and GenAI applications with user-friendly designs. Ensuring reliability and scalability, the engineer implements ML/AI Ops best practices and researches advanced algorithms to solve complex business problems.

The role accelerates data science solutions by collaborating with external partners and integrating advanced analytics processes into internal workflows. The engineer enhances solution performance and identifies key data sources to drive business insights and maintain cutting-edge data science practices.

Role & Responsibility

Solution Deployment
    Develop machine learning and GenAI applications, with an emphasis on the production of intuitive user experiences characterized by clean design and ease of use.
    Implement best practices of ML/AI Ops to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of machine learning models in production environments.

External Partnerships
    Collaborate with external partners to accelerate development and deployment of data science solutions, leveraging complementary capabilities and resources.
    Incorporate the latest advanced analytics processes learned from external partners into our internal workflows and methodologies, ensuring that our data science practices remain at the forefront of industry innovation.
Advanced Algorithms and Solutions
    Research, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning algorithms and predictive models to solve complex business problems.
    Explore novel techniques and methodologies to enhance the performance, scalability, and robustness of our data science solutions.
    Identify relevant data sources and variables for analysis, leveraging both structured and unstructured data, to generate key insights for business improvement.
 

Job Requirement

Education & Qualification:
    Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience:    
    5-7 years of related work experience
Skills:    
    Strong problem-solving skills
    Curiosity with ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
    Proficiency in programming language(s), preferably Python
    Excellent teamwork/collaborative skills with ability to work independently and efficiently.
