Job Information

The Sr. HR Specialists is responsible for leading and coordinating the HR Specialist team while serving as an expert in Labor code regulations. This role ensures that all HR processes align with both company objectives and legal requirements. The Sr. HR Specialist plays a key role in overseeing compliance efforts and generating critical reports that support strategic decision-making. Through leadership and expertise, this position contributes to the overall efficiency and regulatory adherence of the organization.

Role & Responsibility

  • Supervise the team of HR Specialist.
  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of HR processes and policies, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Labor law and regulations by staying updated on changes and advising management on necessary adjustments.
  • Cooperate with the Employment agencies and assure compliance with comparable conditions and Labour Code.
  • Provide data for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursement while adhering to legal regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics, including but not limited to headcount, turnover and absence to provide insights to HR leadership and management for decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Participate in both internal and external audits and investigations related to Labor law compliance, facilitating timely resolution of issues and implementation of corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within HR operations and recommend solutions to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Ensure HR systems are maintained with correct and up to date data and actively checks with members of HR team or business functions to clarify detail.
  • Communicate with authorities, auditors, and inspectors.

Job Requirement

  • Education & Qualification: Administration - Bachelor’s degree - Equivalent 
  • Experience: 5>7 years 
  • Travel Standard: < 10% 
  • HR experience within a manufacturing and international company.
  • Strong knowledge of local Labor law 
  • Strong ability to use MS Office, HR, and Payroll system. 
  • Strong organizational skills with good system skills and ability.
  • Skill in both verbal and written communication 
  • Good communication skills in English- both written and verbal
  • General knowledge quality and security standards  
  • Friendly and approachable
