Position Summary: Responsible for creating and maintaining engineered designs of assigned products, systems or components in order to be competitive in function, manufacture and marketing

Role & Responsibility

Innovation: 

• Develop application knowledge of new techniques, materials and procedures beneficial to assigned product changes as directed

• New developments

Research: 

• Make feasibility studies for new products or product changes as directed

• Cost effectiveness, meet business demand

Design: 

• Create, modify, analyze of 3D models and drawings and maintain the engineering design of assigned product systems and components in a timely manner

• Performance and efficiency, meet requirements/deadlines

Management: 

• Manage design Engineers of machines subsystems

• Customer cost and quality targets

Job Requirement

Education & Qualification: Engineering - University / Engineering - Engineering

Knowledge& Skill:  

• Knowledge of Mechanics and/or Hydraulics and/or Electric-Electronics
• CAD skills
• Excellent IT skills (CAD, CAE, MS Office, …)
• English
• Communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Experience: 2>5 years

Experience Description:

• Engineering degree
• Experience in an industrial environment
• Minimum Experience Necessary:  2>5 years
