Job Information

Position Summary: 

A. Provide support for dealers, resellers and customers.
B. Provide training (technical and parts) to dealers, resellers and customers
C. Report on technical issues and provide information on practices in the market
E. Actively drive dealer, reseller and customer network to increase sales and market share.
 

Role & Responsibility

Market Intelligence:
•    Be the ear on the market and monitor/report the development of new trends in pricing, communication, products, customer needs and respective sales tools. 
Revenue:
•    Ensure Total Parts sales as set out in AOP is achieved by the end of Q4.
 

Strategy:
•    Increase HCP sales (Highly Competitive Parts)
•    Increase the Capture rate
•    Leverage on Parts potential for each HCP major category
•    Check conversion rate from quote to invoicing.

 

Sales support and communication:
•    Develop and articulate the adequate sales support tools in order to stimulate sales growth, ensure that proper communication and promotion tools are in place.
 

Other:
•    Assisting with certain service administrative duties.
•    Ad-Hoc functions to assist the company in any department  if and when required.
 

Job Requirement

•    Education & Qualification: Higher certificate in financial accounting, Sales and Marketing Diploma
•    Experience: 5>7 years
•    5 years’ service / aftermarket related experience
•    Global Breadth: Single-Site (One Location)
•    Prerequisite Training Course:  Fast Moving Parts course (high)
•    Customer solution focused.
•    Knowledge of industry standards and aftersales support.
•    Good comprehension of dealer service and parts operations.
•    Be organized, problem solving minded, flexible, team player, commercial awareness, rigorous, be a driver, creative, with attitude & spirit
•    Language skills: English and French
•    Very good computer skills (MS office, Navision or similar ERP system)
•    Good communication skills (also EN)
•    Ensuring pricing is updated and margins are correct on time.
•    Bi-Monthly Parts sales meeting.
•    Liaise with procurement(Warehouse Manager) on inventory requirements.
•    Ensure a thorough follow up is done for all Completes sold and canvass for service and parts sales.
•    This will encompass all part sales namely Doosan,Montabert and other.
