Position Summary: 

Need to manage Bobcat brand and relative network in Eastern Europedriving the partners in order to grow their and our business with clear ideas trough a day to day business relationship

Manage (evaluate, develop, support, drive, shape, consult) several exclusive dealer networks of different Bobcat product groups in the region of responsibility, following the company’s overall strategy. Drive the brands’ market-presence, /-share and/-reputation amongst dealers, customers, opinion-leaders and other stakeholders, while ensuring that profitability and market share goals are met or exceeded.

Role & Responsibility

Ability to interpret the market trend: 

  • Good skills in the interpretation of market trends and capability to figure out basic actions to adapt dealer network results to those identified changes. Knowledge of the market and of the competitor activity
  • In collaboration with the back office select, organize, run, report and evaluate brand awareness/reputation forming activities like fairs, road shows, advertising campaigns, press-contacts.
  • With Bobcat Marketing monitor, drive and develop appearance of all outlets of our sales-partners, service-fleet branding, social/media internet, communication and customer facing staff attire.
  • Capability to figure out possible change in the actual network defining timing and procedure with solid Business Plan analysis
  • Constantly monitor, develop and evaluate the network’s performance and development, based on the company’s strategy and performance measurement tools.
  • Initiate and manage network restructuring processes when necessary.
  • The candidate needs to know how to drive a mature dealer network as well as a young one in terms of sales, marketing and forecasting (sales and wholesales) in a medium long term vision in order to grow them in MS penetration and total turnover
  • Be the first response contact for dealer questions in respect to product, sales and marketing in the daily business
  • Support dealer and represent the brands in customer visits when necessary
  • Keep close contact to dealers, to generate mutual trust, profitable business and long term partnership
  • Be the back-office’s ear on the market and monitor/report the development of new trends in pricing, communication, products, customer needs and respective sales tools.

Job Requirement

  • Education & Qualification:  Business Administration - University / Engineering - University /Allow Equivalent
  • Experience in similar role, Sales & Industry: 7>10 years
  • Travel Standard: 10 - 24 %
  • with 3 years of experience in exclusive dealer network management in the industrial goods sector
  • Prerequisite Training Course: Basic product (machine & attachment) concept
  • Good technical understanding
  • Understanding of the functionalities within a dealership
  • Knowledge of the different customer requirements by customer segment
  • Knowledge of the characteristics of the CE market (in general and regional)
  • Fluent English
  • Good knowledge and use of Power point and excel of MS Office
