Job Information

Supervise and manage an assigned group of District Product Support Managers. Responsible for the profitable revenue growth of the Doosan parts and service business with the Doosan network of dealers for North America. Responsible for technical assistance for assigned dealer regions. 

Role & Responsibility

Manage team of District Product Support Managers

  • Conduct performance evaluations, interviews, hiring, training, and development for the DPSM team.
  • Mentor and provide front-line support for the team.


Guide parts and service growth for dealers in assigned regions.

  • Track incremental parts and service growth
  • Administer and control budget
  • Manage commercial policy budget,
  • Minimize the risk associated with dealer and customer issues.

Job Requirement

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience Required: 5-10 years
Travel Required: > 50%
Electrical, Hydraulics, Diesel Engines, Emissions, Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
Technical background
Interpersonal skills
Must have assertive negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to persuade
