Position Summary

The Channel Development Manager implements dealer capabilities enhancement programs in field and thus works to improve the dealer performance. The person also develops programs and manages cross-regional projects.

The position can be either in Dobris (CZ) or home-based in Europe.

Role & Responsiblity

  • To drive Dealer Transformation Programs (turnaround/ “Boosting profitability & sustainability” programs)
  • Provide high value-adding consultancy to dealer principals
  • Support dealers to boost rental business with marketing tools and financing programs
  • Enhancement of dealer performance by developing performance tracking (D-Path, growability analysis, financials), dealer capability development plan setting and follow-up

Job Requirements

  • A university degree in Business Administration/Finance
  • Knowledge of Construction Equipment distribution channels, good understanding of the distribution model via dealers and Business acumen (e.g. finance)
  • Very good language skills in English and French (any other language is an added-value)
  • Good interpersonal/social skills and the ability to coach people
