1. Conduct market & VOC analysis and develop market strategy
• Research market needs through desk research, customer visits, and networking
• Identify target application, target industry, and target customer
• Develop sales points and marketing strategy
• Collect VOC and competitor product specifications for the fuel cell powerpack and drone products in the US
2. Develop/Execute marketing program
• Develop/Execute marketing program that drives demand and support the selling process of the products
3. Develop new business opportunities and sales leads
• Discover and develop region and product specific business cases and sales leads for the fuel cell powerpack and commercial drone product lines
• Either give the sales leads to regional dealers or develop direct sales as key account development
4. Dealer management
• Develop, manage, and support regional dealers
• Plan and Execute trainings for
i) enhancing dealer’s ability to execute technical sales
ii) direct customers to help them understand how to efficiently operate DMI powerpacks and drones
iii) service training for dealers and repair service partner in collaboration with sales team in Korea
5. Operate the Refueling Networks
• Receive, collect and distribute orders of hydrogen
• Manage the delivery and stock of hydrogen tanks
6. After-Sales Customer Service
• Provide installation, user training and product support after sales to direct customers or dealers
• Collect and report the complaint/claim to the sales team in Korea
• Visit and deal with critical claims from direct customers or dealers
• Resolve aftermarket product related issues in collaboration with sales and R&D team in Korea
7. New product launch preparation and marketing support
• Work with sales in Korea to ensure on-time launch preparations including literature and manual development, relevant personnel training, aftermarket preparation and launch event planning
Job Requirement
1 . Education & Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Part 107 Pilot(Remote Pilot Certificate holder) preferred
2. Knowledge & Skill
• Excellent people skills and leadership skills to engage, persuade, and influence people with different interests and backgrounds across organizational boundaries
• Perspectives & experience on drones or hydrogen fuel cell related industry
• Perspectives & experience on gas distribution or related industry
• Understanding on cost management preferre
• Ability to use MS Office
3. Experience
• 3+ years in commercial drone business
• Sales, business development, product marketing or relevant experiences in global manufacturing company
• Successful experience in cross-functional project management
• Experiences in business case development (with financial feasibility analysis)

: Shall work in various places such as dealer’s or Doosan subsidiary’s office until DMI will establish local office in 1~2 years. DMI will arrange them to let the US Regional Manager be able to work freely in those places.
