Customer Service Representative French

Responsible for managing the assigned portfolio of dealers/ customers and driving true customer satisfaction by maintaining high service levels and professional customer management.  Developing and enhancing the customers’ relationship and business growth by promoting opportunities to increase revenues, and adding value to the dealer through operational excellence, education, and best practices.

Role & Responsibility

•    Act as the first point of contact for dealers and customers (mainly French) for all matters related to spare parts: order status, portal and system issues, request for pricing, discount, lead time, order status, logistics, and invoicing
•    Act proactively and react effectively concerning backlog reports to make sure all orders are processed to meet customer expectations
•    Ensure correct follow-up and action plans regarding shipments (e.g., paperwork, timing, completeness)
•    Escalation management to address and resolve customer queries, problems, and complaints
•    Full accountability for the assigned portfolio of dealers/ customers


Job Requirement

•    Bachelor‘s degree in business administration or comparable educational background
•    Proven experience in working with customers/ dealers related to the tasks mentioned above
•    Required to be fluent in English and French language, other European languages are a plus
•    Strong service orientation and expertise in Customer Relationship Management
•    Experience as a Customer Service Representative within the Supply Chain industry and/ or knowledge of an ERP system will be a big advantage
