At our Aftermarket Operations Team in Halle, Germany, we are searching for an Customer Service Representative (m/w/d).

 

The position is currently for one year.

Your Responsibility

  • You are the first contact person for our dealer network in regards to Bobcat spare parts (B2B)
  • You ensure the processing of urgent orders within the given time frame
  • You process claims and returns
  • You cooperate closely with technical support and material planning to find solutions for non-available spare parts
  • You create reports for the management

Your Profile

  • You are experienced in B2B customer service and ideally have worked in an logistics environment
  • You have very good English and very good Italian language skills; German is a plus but not needed 
  • You have excellent communication skills and a dedicated sense of service
  • You work independently and in a structured way
  • You have experiences in MS Office and ideally with SAP, Oracle or a comparable ERP system
