Job Information

Responsible for plant financial policy definition, application and improvement in compliance with Doosan Group general policy

All costing, overhead spend budget setting and analysis, P&L and inventory forecasting, ad hoc analysis, new product development, monthly bill of materials reviews, LRP and AOP responsibilities, along with the annual standard cost setting and analysis.

Role & Responsibility


  • Provide monthly financial P&L and BS statements to the company and to Region, working closely with them to enable them to make accurate decisions
  • Consolidation of EMEA financials and preparation of the reports to the Global HQ and leadership team in EMEA
  • Khalix reporting
  • MFG and Material Workbooks
  • EMEA consolidation and review for Financials:  P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow and ad-hoc reports
  • Review financial profitability of each capital expenditure request • Ensure that Doosan policy is followed in terms of approval
  • Review monthly cash flow for EMEA business
  • Monthly Gap analysis actual vs. budget
  • AOP and QBR Reviews
  • Review and Validate Annual Standard cost of products


Job Requirement

Education & Qualification: 

Business Administration-University /Finance - University/ Allow Equivalent

Knowledge& Skill: 

  • Knowledge of cost accounting and finance
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office and Oracle or comparable ERP system)
  • Communication and good team working skills
  • English

Experience: 7>10 years

Travel Standard: < 10%

Experience Description:

  • 7>10 years experience in Finance, industry international company preferred



  • Ensure that inventories and financial records meet Doosan policies and GAAP.
  • Recommend course of action on spending based on current business conditions.
  • Review plant processes and procedures and recommend changes as necessary to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze actual results v. forecast and report to EMEA Controller reasons for variances.
