Assist product ownership with translating product vision and business requests for our Inventory, Retail and Warranty (IRW) software development team, increasing productivity by ensuring alignment with other software teams that integrate with IRW.

Role & Responsibility

• Collaborate with product owners to understand business requirements and translate these objectives into tangible work for our software team
• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and coordination in software development
• Assist product owners in the review and approval of completed work by the software team, ensuring alignment with business requirements and quality functionality
• Continuously assess and optimize workflows within the IRW agile team, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains to enhance overall productivity

Job Requirement

FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.  Working towards a bachelor’s degree in MIS or Computer Science.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing in IT related field – you must be currently enrolled in a college degree program.
• 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
• Able to commit full-time to DDIA for the entire term of the co-op (8 months)
• Willing to relocate to West Fargo, ND
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to understand business requirements and develop systems that meet the business needs
• Work under pressure and prioritize and manage workload
• Ability to self-manage to complete assigned activities when provided with requirements
• Ability to work effectively with multi-culture and multi-language environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Agile or SAFe experience is preferred
• Training can be provided for Agile/SAFe frameworks
• Minimum Experience:  0 >2 years
