Job Information

As a Business Skills Trainer you give trainings to our dealers in the EMEA region and dvelop and produce training material.

Your Responsibilites

  • You deliver trainings to dealers in the EMEA Region for sales and aftermarket sales
  • You do follow up coaching sessions with dealers
  • You develop and produce Business Skills training material and keep current material up-to-date
  • You actively support Business SkillsTraining Manager in planning and organizing courses
  • You contribute to controlling of training impact based on checking KPIs and benchmarking

Your Profile

  • You understand the business model of dealers in the construction equipment industry very well
  • You have gained several years of experience in the construction equipment industry (or a similar industry) in several positions (sales, aftermarket etc).
  • You have excellent communication skills and have a experience in delivering trainings
  • You are fluent in English, any other language is an added value
  • You are willing to travel up to 60% of your time
