Technical Inside Sales Rep (Construction Industry, Spanish Bilingual)

Job Information

Drive revenue growth for Geith attachments in Latin America. Identify new customer opportunities, drive sales volume and profit margins to meet company objectives.   This is an inside sales role requiring Spanish & English fluency.

A hybrid work arrangement is available with 2-3 days per week at the Buford, GA office and the balance from home/remote.

Role & Responsibility

  • Drive revenue growth and margins.
  • Proactively call on accounts and establish in-person relationships to drive new Geith attachments sales, as well as aftermarket sales. 
  • Prospect, identify and penetrate new dealer  accounts while creating profitable business relationships with customer influencers and decision-makers.
  • Facilitate product knowledge demonstrations/seminars on Geith attachments.
  • Responsible for customer related issues, such as parts support and sales.
  • Provide customer satisfaction and provide proactive resolutions.
  • Create and expand new customer network.
  • Build partnership with new end-user customers.
  • Create revenue base with increased revenue year over year.

Job Requirement

  • Education Required:  Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Spanish and English fluency required.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • Broad range of Geith attachments product knowledge including features and benefits, sales equipment specifications, correct equipment operation, parts specifications, technical specifications and systems troubleshooting.
  • Tenacious sales mentality with outstanding cold-calling skills.
  • Excellent sales and territory management skills.
  • Results driven self-starter with barrier eliminating ability.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  • Ability to proficiently use social platforms to promote growth opportunities.
  • Travel Required: 15%.
