An opportunity has been created for an experienced Construction Manager who will be responsible for the leading, managing and motivation a tram through implementation of best practice.   

In this role your remit will include; 

•    Leading Strategic Supply Chain engagement
•    Having full responsibility for Supplier Qualification and ongoing renewal of Supplier Certification throughout the life time of the Programme.
•    Undertaking Supply Chain Stakeholder Management both internally and across ou JV Partners.
•    Strategic stakeholder Management across across all third party stakeholders.
•    Providing strong leadership in partnership with the Customer regarding Social Impact Policies/Strategies relating to Supply Chain.
•    Lead and Manage the development and maintenance of Approved Suppliers, ensuring capability footprint for both current and future demands. 
•    Ensuring security of supply through strong supplier management and forecasting 
•    Support Commercial Manager in the development of strategies and Policies to promote increased efficiencies, cost savings throughout the Supply Chain.
•    Manage Supplier Performance checks and Supplier Quality Alerts

You'll be a great communicator with a proven track record and able to translate strategic goals into easily understood plans which inspire others to deliver with positivity and enthusiasm, You'll probably be formally qualified in procurement / supply chain ideally with MCIPS and experienced in multi-project procurement. More importantly you'll be comfortable applying your commercial and business understanding to solve problems, deliver business goals/plans and identify opportunities.
