AFTERMARKET SOURCING MANAGER  

Aftermarket Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading business target setting for sourcing & procurement for Aftermarket by engaging business stakeholders and deploying sourcing strategies to support the target. 

 

Role & Responsibility

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Participate in developing Sourcing targets for Aftermarket in collaboration with the Corporate sourcing teams and internal stakeholders of Aftermarket 
  • Identify and report potential risks in savings forecasts on time to allow gap closure plans to be implemented 
  • Participate in the suppliers’ evaluation and selection, through the nomination committee process, and risk management 
  • Assist in Aftermarket business development initiatives as a representative of sourcing 
  • Drive and follow up on all initiatives requiring sourcing and procurement supports for Aftermarket  

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration  
  • At least 10 years experience in Aftermarket sourcing  
  • Ability and understanding of technical requirement/application of purchased components/systems  
  • Strong negotiator with expertise in legal terms and conditions  
  • Significant planning and analysis tools for Sourcing reviews  
  • Demands a great deal of finesse, salesmanship and negotiation skills 
  • Good written and oral communication English skills
