CNC Programmer - 3rd Shift - Statesville

Job Information

This position is 3rd Shift, 10:00pm-6:30am M-F. This position includes a $2/hr shift differential. 

Provide operational support to the assigned production area in order to achieve goals of the business unit. Responsible for facilitating day to day production in a high precision CNC machining environment. Scope of this role includes leading machine setup processes, process troubleshooting & improvement, machine maintenance support, ongoing operator training, and machine operation as needed. This is a hands-on role that requires a high degree of mechanical aptitude and CNC troubleshooting skill. Good communication skills across various levels of the organization are required in order to be effective in this role.      

Role & Responsibility

Job Requirement

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of five years of experience in CNC machining
• Setup, edit programs, operate CNC 6 axis, lathes, 4-axis mills and read blueprints.
• Hands on experience in production CNC process support.
• Ability to multitask and operate multiple machines
• Experience working in an ISO quality management system.
• Troubleshooting skills and ability to think critically.
• Be able to work as a team and interact professionally.
• Familiar with ISO 9001
