We are looking for Area Sales Manager DBMHS to join our team at Bobcat.
We are looking for a Branch Manager (m/w/d) to join our team at Bobcat.
As Branch Manager at Bobcat, you’ll be responsible for all matters relating to sales, rental, service, and general administration in the assigned sales area. You will be responsible for the management of the branch. As a manager, your role includes the active implementation of company strategy agreed with management, the continuous development and increase of market penetration, the achievement of strong customer loyalty, and the attainment of the agreed sales and profit targets according to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
We’re looking for someone who will cover following areas:
Branch Management
- Implementation of business strategy (business plan) in the sales area
- Full profit & loss responsibility for the branch
- Achievement of revenue, market share, and profitability targets; taking appropriate action
- Ensuring implementation and adherence to processes and work instructions in all company assets and areas
- Ensuring proper external representation of the branch
Sales
- Active participation in day-to-day operations with customers, particularly sales and acquisition of key customers in the assigned area
- Strategic management of the aftermarket and rental departmen
Customer Satisfaction / Quality Management
- Ensuring a strong service mentality, putting the customer's needs first (differentiated customer experience)
- Increasing branch productivity and applying best practice examples
Leadership
- Serving as the driving force of the branch: motivator, idea generator, and coach for employees
- Developing and maintaining a positive working atmosphere, team spirit, and maximum productivity
- Employee development and growth
- Ensuring efficient work processes
Work Safety
- Ensuring consistent compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection standards

Education and Qualifications
- Required: Completed business studies
- Preferred: Commercial training with appropriate further training or relevant qualifications
Experience
- Professional experience in a similar field and industry, including sales and management experience
Skills
- Strong change management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and motivational abilities
- High level of quality awareness
- Confident appearance with a positive attitude
- Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
