Job Information

The Inventory Control Specialist will oversee all inventory transactions to ensure the plant has 100% inventory accuracy.

Role & Responsibility

Oversee Inventory Transactions
Assist in the performing of cycle counts at the plant.
Perform cycle counts at offsite locations in which the material is Bobcat’s responsibility.
Reconcile actual inventory against records and determine root causes for variances.
Assist with Shipping and Receiving issues as needed.
Advise the PPIC Planners and Business Units of all inventory adjustments (+/-).
Oversee the operations of tracking of all inventories by location and status.
Responsible for setting up training for all material handlers, line schedulers performing cycle count activities, and inventory analysts on the cycle count procedures.
Assist internally with project/sustainment activities to increase location accuracy driving overall financial results.
Provide support to PPIC, MSC/PCA, and Finance on reconciling inventory (monthly/quarterly/yearly).

Job Requirement

Any Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience.
Good understanding in Inventory Control, Logistics, Supply Chain, Distribution, and Finance and in Quantitative Analysis.
Candidate in this position should excel in internal and external Customer Service.
2>5 years of related experience.
Less than 10% travel.
Ability to write and speak English
