We are looking for Service Trainer for German market (m/w/d) to join our team at Bobcat.

As a Service Trainer at Bobcat, you will play a key role in developing and delivering technical service training for our compact construction equipment business, with a strong focus on the German market. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with engaging training delivery to support dealers, technicians, and the wider service network across EMEA.

You’ll be responsible for:

Delivering service training courses both in person and via webinar
Leading training sessions end to end, with support from back-office teams
Preparing new technical training content for new product development launches
Updating existing training materials to reflect current production and product changes
Designing new e-learning content for the Bobcat learning platform
Recommending and exploring modern training methods, tools, and formats
Creating tests and assessments to measure training effectiveness
Ensuring high participant satisfaction and continuous improvement in training quality
Working closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and aftermarket teams
Representing the Bobcat brand in a professional, collaborative, and positive way

What sets you apart:

A technical background in mechanics, engineering, or a related field
Strong knowledge of hydraulics and electrics/electronics
Experience with earthmoving or compact construction equipment is a strong advantage
Excellent training, presentation, and communication skills
Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus
Well organized, analytical, and able to follow up effectively
A confident, open-minded, and collaborative personality
Willingness to travel extensively, mainly within Germany and to our HQ in the Czech Republic, up to 50% of the time
A commercial mindset is a plus
