We are looking for Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team at Bobcat.

Optimize productivity while maintaining a constant focus on safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

We’re looking for someone who:

Study, develop, define, and optimize manufacturing methods and production management.
Design and implement optimal working conditions and monitor their execution.
Participate in the design, selection, and installation of production equipment.
Optimize work organization and the time required for manufacturing.
Design and develop monitoring and analysis tools (dashboards, charts, etc.).
Analyze and consolidate all technical and organizational information related to the activity.
Develop and define procedures to be followed within the manufacturing process.
Take all necessary actions, within their area of responsibility, to achieve productivity and quality objectives.
Comply with safety standards as well as quality and environmental requirements.
Participate in the deployment of Lean Manufacturing initiatives within their area of responsibility.

What sets you apart:

Minimum Associate Degree (Bac+2) or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry or a comparable manufacturing sector.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Quality and Safety procedures.
Knowledge of ergonomics principles.
Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing fundamentals.
Strong analytical, synthesis, presentation, and technical writing skills.
