We are looking for a Customer Service & Parts Specialist to support our network of dealerships, acting as the primary point of contact for commercial enquiries, order management, customer requests, and issue resolution.

In addition, you will support parts sales initiatives by identifying business opportunities, monitoring dealer performance, promoting parts programs, and collaborating with dealers and internal teams to improve parts sales, availability, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who will:

• Act as the primary point of contact for dealers, managing parts enquiries, quotations, orders, claims, and issue resolution.
• Oversee the end-to-end order fulfilment process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Proactively manage open orders, backlogs, and customer commitments, keeping customers informed throughout.
• Work closely with supply chain, warehouse, logistics, finance, and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalations quickly and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor order, shipment, and invoicing accuracy while supporting inventory availability and stock optimisation.
• Use ERP systems and reporting tools to manage order activity, track performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support parts sales growth by identifying opportunities within the dealer network and promoting parts campaigns and aftermarket solutions.
• Assist dealers with quotations, commercial activities, and business development initiatives.
• Provide market feedback and customer insights to support continuous improvement and business planning.

What sets you apart:

• Diploma or degree-level education, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, parts operations, or aftermarket support.
• Experience working in a process-driven, multinational environment.
• Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders across different locations.
• Strong order management experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
