We are looking for HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Bobcat.
Job Information
As the HR Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of day‑to‑day HR operations — ensuring accurate HR administration, supporting employee relations processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience across the business.
You’ll work closely with managers and the wider HR team, acting as a trusted first point of contact while maintaining high standards of compliance and data accuracy.
We're looking for someone who will:
- Manage end‑to‑end HR administration across onboarding, internal moves, contract changes, and offboarding
- Prepare accurate employment documentation including offer letters, contracts, and amendments
- Maintain up‑to‑date records within the HRIS and personnel files at all times
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, policies, and procedures
- Support managers with employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes
- Attend ER meetings as the HR representative, providing accurate documentation and formal notetaking where required
- Track probation reviews, fixed‑term renewals, and time‑bound employment conditions
- Ensure all HR activity aligns with UK employment legislation and internal policies
- Support internal and external audits through data preparation and reporting
- Collect, validate, and submit monthly payroll inputs
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Reward to ensure a smooth employee experience
What sets you apart:
Essential
- Experience in HR administration or HR operations
- Experience supporting employee relations processes
- Working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and communication skills
- Confidence handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office
Desirable
