We are looking for Service Manager MEA to join our team at Bobcat.
As a Service Manager for the Middle East & Africa region at Bobcat, you’ll be at the forefront of strengthening dealer service capabilities, delivering technical excellence, and ensuring unmatched customer satisfaction. Your work will directly impact dealer performance, customer loyalty, and the reputation of Bobcat as a global leader in compact equipment.
We're looking for someone who will cover the following areas:
- Dealer Development: Coach and support dealers, drive training programs, and onboard new partners for continuous improvement.
- Technical Support: Provide proactive solutions, minimize machine downtime, and ensure efficient case resolution.
- Customer Satisfaction: Champion maintenance contracts, warranty extensions, genuine parts, and telematics initiatives to boost loyalty.
- Warranty & Administration: Oversee warranty accounts, field modifications, and key KPIs for dealer performance and compliance.
What sets you apart:
- Solid technical background (machinery, hydraulics, electrical systems, engines), ideally with a bachelor’s degree in mechanics or equivalent.
- Proven hands-on experience in aftermarket service, preferably within dealer networks.
- Strong IT and computer skills
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, capable of engaging both technical and business audiences.
- Commercial acumen to drive warranty sales and customer loyalty programs.
- English fluency is mandatory
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%), covering Middle East, Africa, and South Africa.
