We are looking for Trainee TQM to join our Bobcat team!

Who is the TQM Trainee?

As a TQM Trainee, you will become an important part of the TQM team, responsible for the company's comprehensive quality management system and continuous process improvement across the organization.

You will collect, organize, and analyze data from manufacturing and warehouse operations, propose more efficient processes, and prepare visual materials such as presentations, reports, analyses, and calculations.

What will you do?

Work with Excel and Power BI to analyze and process data
Prepare reports and work with databases
Gain exposure to manufacturing operations and support process improvement initiatives
Handle administrative tasks related to team activities

What are we looking for?

University student (technical or business/economics background is an advantage)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in English on a daily basis
Analytical mindset with an interest in data, processes, and problem-solving
Good knowledge of Excel, including basic functions and data analysis
Experience with databases, Power BI, and Oracle is a plus, but not required
