We are looking for Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our Bobcat team!

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities (job posting, communication with candidates, interview scheduling, etc.).
• Prepare and update recruitment reports, presentations, and data analysis.
• Manage data and maintain accuracy within internal HR systems.
• Assist with communication and coordination with external service providers.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and documentation related to HR and Talent Acquisition.

What sets you apart:

• You are an active full-time university student (in a economic or humanities field).
• You enjoy communication and want to gain hands-on experience in HR.
• You have good knowladge of Microsoft Office and are comfortable working on computer.
• You speak English at a good level - your teammates won’t all be Czech-speaking.
• You are motivated to continue growing your HR career with us after finishhing your studies.
