We Are Looking for a TPM Engineer to join Bobcat team.

Do you want to have a real impact on production flow and contribute to modern maintenance practices? We are looking for a specialist who will help us take our maintenance processes to the next level.

What will your responsibilities be?

Minimize downtime
Increase production productivity
Implement efficient, modern, and sustainable maintenance processes

More specifically, you will:

Develop and manage the maintenance system (TPM), including implementation and optimization of autonomous, preventive, and predictive maintenance
Analyze failures and downtime, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Continuously improve equipment and production line availability
Contribute to spare parts strategy – define stock policies, select suppliers, and manage communication
Act as a backup for the Maintenance Manager during their absence
Prepare documentation for the annual TPM evaluation (DBPS Site Assessment)

What should you bring as a candidate?

Technical education (maintenance, mechanical engineering, electromechanics, or similar)
Experience with production equipment maintenance / TPM, technologies, and manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of problems
A proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes
Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams (including during new product introduction)
Responsibility and capability to lead a team when needed
Czech and English language skills for daily communication across production
Good knowledge of MS Office
