We are looking for Senior Simulation Engineer to join our team at Bobcat. 

As a Senior Simulation Engineer at Bobcat, you’ll play a key role in shaping the performance, durability, and reliability of our machines before they reach the market. You will virtually test and validate innovative product designs, helping our engineering teams make smarter decisions faster through advanced simulation, correlation, and engineering insight.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Leads and performs advanced structural simulation and virtual testing to support new and existing product development
• Evaluates machine behavior through numerical simulations, analytical calculations, and test data analysis
• Works closely with 3D design, testing, and engineering teams to improve product performance and reliability
• Develops and refines load cases based on real machine operation and strong engineering judgment
• Correlates simulation results with physical test data, especially in areas such as fatigue, durability, and structural performance
• Supports the development of innovative simulation methods to increase verification speed and engineering confidence
• Contributes to continuous improvement in simulation tools, processes, and team capabilities
• Communicates simulation findings clearly and confidently to influence design decisions across multiple projects

What sets you apart:

• Strong background in structural analysis, with experience in fatigue and durability
• Advantage of experience in vibration analysis and vibration fatigue
• 5+ years of experience in numerical simulation
• Proficiency in advanced CAE and simulation software (we use Creo, Ansys, nCode)
• Good understanding of how simulation connects with testing and real machine behavior
• Ability to work effectively across design, testing, and engineering functions
• A proactive mindset and interest in improving simulation methods and engineering quality
• English communication skills that support international collaboration
