We are looking for Project Management Office - VAVE Portfolio to join our team at Bobcat. 

As a PMO at Bobcat, you’ll play a key role in driving cross-functional projects and cost optimization initiatives across the EMEA region. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the required quality, while also improving processes, tools, and reporting across the organization.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing cross-functional projects (engineering, sourcing, finance, marketing, operations)
• Leading VAVE (cost reduction) initiatives through design and supplier optimization
• Planning, coordinating, and tracking projects to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets
• Driving project governance, including Gate Reviews and leadership reporting
• Monitoring project KPIs, risks, and financials
• Supporting portfolio management and reporting (Excel, Power BI)
• Improving processes, tools, and reporting efficiency (including AI/Copilot usage)
• Coaching and supporting teams on PMO processes and best practices
• Collaborating with global stakeholders across EMEA and beyond

What sets you apart:

• 5–10 years of project management / PMO experience in an industrial environment
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or construction equipment industry
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel and strong overall IT skills
• Comfortable using modern tools for reporting and efficiency (e.g., Power BI, AI/Copilot, basic logic/automation mindset)
• Process-oriented mindset with ability to manage complex project environments
• Excellent communication skills in English (global collaboration)
• Team player mindset with ability to work across multicultural teams
• PMI-PMP certification is an advantage
