We are looking for Project Design Engineer to join our team at Bobcat.

As Project Design Engineer at Bobcat, you'll play a key role in our community. You'll lead engineering projects for compressors, generators, and lighting towers, ensuring compliance with Bobcat standards and regulatory requirements. Drive product development, collaborate across functions, and deliver robust solutions.

We're looking for someone who will cover the following areas

Project Leadership

Manage engineering projects (scope, timeline, budget).
Communicate status, plans, and risks to stakeholders.
Conduct technical risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
Align engineering activities with organizational objectives.

Product Design

Create and release engineering documentation and requirements.
Develop detailed 3D/2D CAD designs.
Collaborate with product management to define specifications.

Technical Analysis & Validation

Analyze supplier designs for compatibility with Bobcat subsystems.
Plan and execute validation tests.
Present design directions, risks, and solutions at global reviews.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with suppliers and internal teams.
Resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement.

What sets you apart

University degree in engineering (bachelor’s or higher required).
2–5 years’ experience in engineering/design (industrial or agricultural preferred).
Knowledge of engineering standards, structures, electrics and pneumatics.
Project management and leadership skills.
Proficient in English, MS Office, and CAD.
Driving license B.
Proactive, creative, and strong communication skills.
