We are looking for Product Manager Loaders to join our team at Bobcat.

As a Product Manager for Loaders at Bobcat, you’ll be responsible for managing the product portfolio and identifying growth opportunities beyond the current range of products. You’ll act as a key link between customers and core Bobcat departments.

We’re looking for someone who:

Manage the entire product life cycle from product development to product launch.
Research market needs and develop the product offerings that meet customer requirements.
Collect and analyze market data, monitor industry forecasts, market share by region, and the P&L of your product category.
Prepare a long-term product strategy to share with and implement alongside the management teams.
Propose solutions to reduce product costs or improve manufacturing footprints.
Provide support and collaborate with relevant departments, such as the sales and marketing team.

What sets you apart:

+7 years of product management experience.
University degree in a technical or economic field.
Basic technical skills relating to construction or transportation equipment.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
