We are looking for a Painter to join our team at Bobcat!

As a Painter at Bobcat, you will do the following:

Paint parts according to established production standards and cycle times
Follow painting procedures and quality requirements
Perform inspections of parts to prevent defects and rework
Check paint quality to ensure high standards are consistently met

To succeed in this role, you will need the following attributes:

Desire to learn new skills and continuously improve
Minimum 1 year experience in painting or paint shop
Stable work history
High level of precision and attention to detail
Knowledge of 5S principles and workplace safety standards
Previous experience with any type of industrial painting is an advantage
