We are looking for a Paint Shop Operator to join our team at Bobcat!

As a Paint Shop Operator at Bobcat, you will do the following:

• Hang and remove parts designated for the painting process or powder blasting preparation
• Perform visual inspections of parts before and after painting
• Follow established manufacturing procedures and safety regulations
• Use the required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Carry out manual operations on the paint shop production line

To succeed in this role, you will need the following attributes:

• Stable work history
• Minimum 1 year expirience in paint shop environment 
• Responsible approach to work, attention to detail, and reliability
• Willingness to work in a three-shift operation
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Desire to learn new processes and develop new skills
