We are looking for PPIC Planner to join our team.

In the role of Material Planning Specialist, you will be a key link between production, suppliers, purchasing, and logistics. Your goal will be to ensure smooth production with an optimal inventory level – the right quantity, at the right time, and in the right place.

We´re looking for someone who will:

Planning and managing material supply
Supplier management and process improvement
Handling claims
Inventory management

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Planning material purchases based on MRP for approximately 40 suppliers.
Creating and managing purchase orders, providing forecasts, and rescheduling according to current demand.
Monitoring on-time delivery performance, identifying risks, and resolving delayed or critical deliveries.
Cooperating with logistics to optimize transportation and costs.
Managing inventory levels, safety stock, and lead times.
Actively communicating with suppliers, resolving claims and quality issues.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and inventory optimization.

What sets you apart:

Approximately 2–3 years of experience in production planning, supply management, logistics, or a similar area.
Experience working with MRP/ERP systems, strong data skills, and the ability to analyze production needs.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities, independence, and resilience under pressure.
Czech and English at a good level for daily communication.
