We are looking for Operations & Supply Planning Specialist to join our Bobcat team.

As an Operations & Supply Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating the end-to-end order-to-supply process for our Portable Power business across EMEA. Acting as a bridge between customers, sales, suppliers, logistics, and procurement teams, you will help ensure products are delivered on time, inventory is optimized, and customers receive excellent service.

We are looking for someone who can:

Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry to delivery
Communicate with dealers, key accounts, and sales teams regarding order status and delivery timelines
Coordinate demand and supply plans with OEM and intercompany suppliers
Monitor order backlog and proactively resolve supply or delivery issues
Prepare and maintain demand forecasts to support S&OP/SIOP processes
Track supplier commitments, production capacity, and shipment readiness
Support inventory planning and replenishment activitiesIdentify risks, shortages, and opportunities for process improvement
Prepare reports on backlog, forecast accuracy, and delivery performance
Maintain planning and product master data within business systems

What you set apart:

2+ years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Planning, or Commercial Operations
Experience working in an international business environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experiences with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle
Fluent Czech and English
