We are looking for Operations Controller to join our team at Bobcat. 

As an Operations Controller EMEA at Bobcat, you’ll play a key role in our community by strengthening financial performance across our manufacturing, supply chain, and sourcing operations. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership to improve profitability, drive cost efficiency, and support better business decisions across the region.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Brings strong financial leadership in an international manufacturing environment
  • Can deliver timely, insightful analysis and support decision-making with data
  • Has a solid understanding of operations, cost accounting, and financial reporting
  • Is experienced in internal controls, plant control, and efficiency improvement
  • Can support planning processes such as Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan, as well as investment analysis
  • Communicates effectively and builds strong relationships across procurement, engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams
  • Has experience with ERP implementation projects, preferably SAP
  • Speaks English fluently, additional languages are a plus

What sets you apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a financial controlling role within an international manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to support long-term business goals
  • Proven experience in operations controlling, business analysis, and cost efficiency initiatives
  • Solid project or program management experience, especially in ERP implementation
  • Familiarity with SAP and, ideally, the Khalix consolidation system
