We are looking for NPD Manager to join our team at Bobcat. 

As an NPD Manager at Bobcat, you’ll play a key role in driving new product development projects forward across Compact EMEA. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, support decision-making at key project gates, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with the right level of quality for internal and external customers.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Manages, coordinates and supports cross-functional NPD project teams through every stage of the project lifecycle
  • Tracks progress, risks, milestones, and key deliverables to keep projects on schedule
  • Prepares and supports gate reviews, project updates, and leadership presentations
  • Works closely with stakeholders across Product Management, Sales, Finance, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Engineering,  Quality, and Operations
  • Helps improve NPD processes, tools, systems, and ways of working across the region
  • Supports the team with training, guidance, and practical project coordination
  • Brings structure, clarity, and momentum to complex projects with multiple priorities

What sets you apart:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management or a similar cross-functional role within an industrial environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand project numbers, cost implications, and financial priorities
  • Strong analytical thinking, excellent organisation, communication  and the ability to manage multiple priorities and challenging deadlines
  • Experience in construction equipment, automotive, or another related industrial sector is an advantage
  • Good command of MS Office and Teams applications.
  • Fluent English, additional languages are welcome
  • Relevant project certification is advantage
