We are looking for Manager Compensation & Benefits EMEA to join our team at Bobcat.
As a Compensation & Benefits Manager EMEA, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving our total rewards strategy across the EMEA region. You will partner with business leaders, HR teams, and Finance to ensure our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives. This is a strategic role with a strong operational focus, offering the opportunity to influence reward practices across multiple countries and functions.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Leads annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, incentive programs, and short- and long-term reward initiatives
- Designs, develops, and manages competitive compensation and benefits programs that support employee attraction, engagement, and retention
- Oversees job evaluation, market benchmarking, salary structures, and reward governance across the EMEA region
- Partners with HR Business Partners and business leaders to align compensation strategies with organizational goals and workforce plans
- Supports the development of job architecture, career frameworks, and compensation philosophies across countries and functions
- Provides guidance and training to HR teams and managers on reward programs, policies, and best practices
- Coordinates salary planning, forecasting, and compensation-related cost analyses in partnership with Finance
- Manages relationships with external compensation consultants, benefits providers, and other reward-related vendors
- Ensures compliance with company policies, governance standards, and local regulatory requirements across EMEA
- Identifies opportunities to improve compensation and benefits processes through data analysis, continuous improvement, and best-practice implementation
What sets you apart:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- solid experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or a related HR specialization
- Strong experience with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and reward program administration
- Experience in job evaluation, position management, and organizational design
- Knowledge of incentive plan design and administration is considered an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in MS Office
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a regional environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at all organizational levels
- Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the EMEA region
