We are looking for Maintenance & Facility Engineer to join our team at Bobcat.

What does a Building Service / Maintenance Technician do with us?

Ensures general maintenance of the facility and appliances.
Provides and carries out repairs (electrical, plumbing, locksmith/mechanical).
Resolves and manages emergency situations, depending on the scope, also in cooperation with colleagues.
Inspects, operates, and tests dedicated technical equipment – pressure, gas, and electrical systems, boiler rooms, compressor rooms, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and heat exchange stations.

What should you have?

Electrical engineering education, electrical certification under Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll., Section 5 (minimum).
Communicative and friendly approach.
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
Experience in facility management/building maintenance.

What do we offer?

Starting salary from approx. CZK 44,500 + on-call bonuses.
Regular salary increases up to twice a year — the faster you improve, the more your salary increases.
Maximum salary of approx. CZK 57,300 for this year.
