We are looking for HR Data Specialist to join our team at Bobcat.
As a HR Data Specialist at Bobcat, you’ll be responsible for the integrity of HR operational data within our systems. You’ll be a key part of the EMEA HRIS team, reporting to the EMEA HR Systems Senior Manager.
We're looking for someone who will cover following areas:
HRIS Data Management & Processing
- Execute timely and accurate data entry of employee information and changes into the HRIS system.
- Manage workflow submissions within the HRIS, ensuring all process steps are completed in accordance with company policies and processes.
Data Integrity & Quality Assurance
- Review and verify the accuracy of employee data updates, correcting discrepancies as needed to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with HRs to validate and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Implement quality control measures to prevent future data issues.
Data Collection Support
- Assist HR Business Partners in gathering compensation (from HRIS) information of relevant similar positions to ensure internal equity can be reviewed by HRBPs and C&B for:
- New hire offer approvals
- Employee promotions and change of positions
- Organizational changes and role transitions
Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Support
- Support HR data collection activities, ensuring the completeness and reliability of collected information.
- Assist in the analysis of HR data to support reporting, compliance, and decision-making processes.
What sets you apart:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Prior experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors is a significant advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Understanding of HR processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
