We are looking for Field Product Trainer Senior to join our team at Bobcat.

As a Field Product Trainer at Bobcat, you’ll help customers, dealers, and internal teams understand the full potential of our machines. Through product demonstrations, training sessions, and field support, you’ll play an important role in driving customer confidence, brand reputation, and sales success.

We’re looking for someone who:

Deliver product demonstrations at fairs, dealer events, open days, and customer meetings
Train customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders on machine operation and applications
Support dealers with expert advice on equipment use, attachments, and special applications
Participate in competitive testing and evaluation of machines in cooperation with engineering and business teams
Manage a regional fleet of machines, including coordination, logistics, and follow-up
Work closely with service, marketing, and dealer teams to strengthen product knowledge and market support

What sets you apart:

Technical background and experience with heavy equipment or similar machinery
Experience in demonstrations, training, applications, service, or related technical roles
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent English; another language such as Spanish, Polish, or French is an advantage
Willingness to travel across Europe, around 30–40% of the time
Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
