We´re looking for Events Specialist to join out Bobcat team!
The Event Specialist plays a key role in planning and delivering customer and internal events across the EMEA region, helping to strengthen brand awareness and support business growth. In addition to managing the full event lifecycle from preparation to post-event evaluation, the role also supports marketing operations through vendor management, purchase requests, and coordination of invoices and payments with the Finance team.
We´re looking for someone who can:
- Plan and coordinate Bobcat EMEA fairs, exhibitions, customer and internal events.
- Manage communication and cooperation with external suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including equipment, venues, attendees and marketing materials.
- Monitor event budgets and support financial processes, including purchase requests, vendor creation and invoice tracking.
- Drive event communication, dealer engagement and lead generation activities.
- Measure event success, prepare reports and implement continuous improvements.
What sets you apart:

Experience in event planning, trade fairs or marketing event coordination - but we are also open for the junior profiles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working in an international environment, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage budgets, coordinate stakeholders and drive successful event execution from planning to evaluation.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region (20-35%).
