We are looking for Energy Management Engineer to join our team at Bobcat.
As an Energy Management Engineer at Bobcat, you will play a key role in driving our energy efficiency and decarbonization agenda across our sites. In this newly created position, you will help shape how we monitor, optimize, and manage energy consumption across our operations, turning data into action and action into measurable impact.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Monitors and analyzes energy consumption across facilities and production processes, using energy data and software tools to identify opportunities for improvement
- Translates energy insights into practical actions that improve efficiency across boilers, HVAC systems, lighting, machinery, and other key equipment
- Works closely with Production, Facility, Maintenance, and ESG teams to drive energy-saving initiatives and support on-site implementation
- Develops and tracks energy optimization plans and investment roadmaps, helping prioritize initiatives with the greatest energy and CO₂ impact
- Supports decarbonization planning across Dobříš, Pontchâteau, and smaller EMEA sites
- Helps define and improve Energy Management System governance processes and prepares the organization for ISO 50001 readiness
- Supports data-driven reporting, site benchmarking, and long-term energy planning, with a clear focus on continuous improvement
- Contributes to the reduction of CO₂ emissions in line with Bobcat’s long-term sustainability goals
What sets you apart:
- Experience in energy management, energy audits, and industrial energy optimization
- Strong analytical skills and a practical, improvement-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across multiple teams
- Confident communication skills in English and Czech
- Experience with ISO 50001, decarbonization, or multi-site environments is an advantage
