ECN Coordinator

We are looking for ECN Coordinator to join our team at Bobcat!

As an ECN Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing changes for our manufacturing parts, working in collaboration with colleagues across EMEA. Your mission will be to ensure flawless and timely implementation of changes so that production runs smoothly without any interruptions.

We are looking for someone who:

• Lead and coordinate the complete lifecycle of manufacturing parts.
• Manage the change process in the system and ensuring compliance with configuration management standards.
• Ensure that changes meet change management processes, deadlines, quality, regulatory requirements, and do not disrupt production.
• Coordinate processes with departments such as engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other teams. You will also lead regular review meetings.
• Manage and controlling data (part numbers, configurations, attributes) to ensure consistency and proper propagation across systems in connection with ECN.
• Report: ECO cycle time, backlog, readiness; On-Time Delivery of Engineering Changes, obsolete stock level, and impact on production continuity.

What sets you apart:

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in Engineering Change Management, Document/Configuration Management, or similar engineering support (preferably in manufacturing/industry).
• Knowledge of ERP (Oracle is an advantage) and PLM; experience with BOM structure, technical documentation, and master data management.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across functional teams; ability to facilitate decisions.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to see tasks through to completion.
• Czech and English language skills for daily communication across the company.
