We are looking for Core Engineer Hydraulics to join our team at Bobcat.

As a Core Engineer - Hydraulics at Bobcat, you’ll play a key role in our engineering community. In this role, you will contribute to hydraulic technology development across EMEA, support new product and improvement projects, and help define the technical standards that shape our solutions.

We’re looking for someone who:

Develops hydraulic concepts, architectures, and technical solutions for new technologies and projects
Performs engineering analysis, calculations, and schematic assessments to support development and issue resolution
Supports product development, cost reduction, and sustaining activities
Contributes to validation plans, technical standards, and best practices for hydraulic components and systems
Takes part in core technology projects, technical reviews, and collaboration across the hydraulic community
Supports application teams with redesign and performance improvement topics
Presents findings clearly and works with a high level of autonomy

What sets you apart:

Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
More than 3 years of relevant experience
Strong technical background in hydraulics, ideally as a mechanical engineer with hydraulic specialization
Good knowledge of simulation, CAD/CAE, tests
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
Creative, structured, and autonomous working style
Good English skills
