We are looking for Compensation and Benfits Snr Analyst to join Bobcat team.
We´re looking for someone who will:
- Lead the administration and execution of annual compensation programs, including Merit Reviews, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Short-Term Incentive (STI), and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs, ensuring accurate documentation, data validation, and system readiness.
- Coordinate compensation-related activities and salary changes while ensuring compliance with internal compensation policies and guidelines.
- Manage the job code creation process, initiate relevant requests, perform preliminary validations, and coordinate approvals with key stakeholders.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze compensation, benefits, and HR metrics reports to support management decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze personnel costs, providing monthly reporting and insights on actual costs versus AOP, and communicate findings to HR, Finance, and business leaders.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits, controls, and continuous improvement of compensation-related processes.
- Support key stakeholders with compensation data, reporting, and recommendations to drive informed workforce and reward decisions.
What sets you apart:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, or a similar analytical HR role.
- Experience with budgeting, workforce planning, or personnel cost analysis is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and HR processes.
- Good understanding of HRIS systems and advanced Excel.
- Experience with Power BI and Power Query is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluent English communication skills.
